Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- 1. Service Unavailability: If our service is unavailable for an extended period (more than 24 hours) and we are unable to generate your requested images.
- 2. Major Technical Issues: If persistent technical problems prevent you from accessing or using our service as advertised.
- 3. Significant Quality Issues: If the generated images are of substantially lower quality than our advertised examples, due to a fault in our system.
- 4. Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly for our service.
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- 1. Contact our customer support at hello@listingvue.com within 7 days of your purchase.
- 2. Provide your invoice number and a detailed explanation of why you're requesting a refund.
- 3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
- 4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- 1. You have downloaded or used the generated videos.
- 2. You simply changed your mind about the purchase.
- 3. You failed to provide adequate instructions for video generation.
- 4. The refund is requested more than 7 days after the purchase.
Subscription Cancellations
For subscription based services:
- 1. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- 2. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- 3. No partial refunds will be given for unused portions of the current billing cycle.
One-Time Purchases
For one-time purchases of credits or individual images:

- 2. Unused credits are non-refundable but remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
